hiking while spending the whole week without digital devices.
The “NOphone” experience has affected the whole group in a really positive way. As I realised there was less anxiety and stress, less distraction, less mindless scrolling, more presence, more social and basic human interaction, and more sharing and communication. It also resulted in a great boost in creativity.
Beautiful experience, beautiful environment and most importantly, beautiful people. Thank you for trusting me, and letting me support your personal journeys through this memorable week. ![]()
